Alpkit Foundation supported our 3rd Night Walk with a cash grant, and I am delighted to pass on their offer to win a free 4 night residential in Snowdonia. Applications are open to groups of up to 12, age range 13 – 16 years and have to be submitted before 24th November. See below for details.
Hello, we are writing to you to let you know of a brand new opportunity through the Alpkit Foundation – a free of charge residential course – and as someone who has previously applied for an AKF award we thought you might be interested.
Residential courses are quite often peoples first taste of the outdoor experiences many of us take for granted, however finding the funding to book on to a course is a real barrier for some. This is where AKF comes in and each month we support applications from groups throughout the UK.
Thanks to the generous support of Llanberis based Boulder Adventures groups can apply for a 4 night residential outdoor activity course at their Bryn Du Mountain Centre, completely free of charge!
