Great weather for a Night Walk!
The evening of Fri 7 Oct was a very good one for a Night Walk with excellent weather and good conditions underfoot. Very many thanks to everyone who took part and to all who made it possible. Special thanks to all marshals and volunteers without whom we would not have a Night Walk, to the cake makers and to all the following for their support: The Fentham Hall, Off the Hook, InkTree Printers in Birmingham, Barston Memorial Institute & Village Hall, the West Midlands Golf Club, Central Fast Response, Morrisons in Solihull & Sheldon, Waitrose in Solihull, the Coop in Balsall Common, The Corner Shop in Hampton, and the new leaseholders at The Beeches whose samosas were again especially popular! Thanks also to Vicky Woodall and Kathy Horsburgh who donated the tombola prizes, to Roy French who donated the hamper and to Emma Barbie Moss for lots of additional fairy lights along the route, not least on the first bridge and wrapped around the oak tree!For more photo see the Night Walk Gallery 2022.
