Evan led this ride with a coffee stop at Hatton Country World and the option to finish with lunch at the cafe run by Charlie’s wife at the Lavender Hall Fishery. The ride is 51.5km (32 miles) from the gym to Lavender Hall Fishery. The aim is that this will be about 2 1/2 hours of riding; allowing for the Hatton coffee stop, the plan is to reach Lavender Hall at 12:30pm. For those that choose to cycle on back to the gym the total distance is 61km (38 miles).

Les Ebrey will lead our final Training Ride which will be just over 62 miles (100 km) long. We’ll start from The Hampton at 9am and have a lunch stop at Sutton Wharf. I estimate about 5 hours cycling and a total duration with lunch and other stops of 6 1/2 – 7 hours so we should be back at the gym around 3:30pm – 4pm.
